Khesrau completed his law degree at the University of Ottawa. Khesrau practices real estate, immigration and refugee law. Khesrau ensures to smoothly close the purchase and sale of new homes, resale homes and condominiums.
Khesrau has appeared before the Refugee Protection Division, Refugee Appeal Division and Federal Court. Khesrau has also submitted Application records to the Federal Court.
During his final year of law school, Khesrau was a student caseworker at the legal Aid Ontario–Integrated Legal Services Office gaining significant exposure in immigration and refugee law matters, such as H&C claims, refugee claims, appeals, and judicial reviews. Khesrau articled at a full-service law firm gaining considerable experience in real estate and immigration law. Prior to law school, Khesrau worked as a law clerk in immigration, real estate, family and commercial law. His experiences have taught him the importance of client service, cost efficiency and competence in delivering legal services, and he hopes to implement such principles in his practice.
Khesrau is fluent in English, Dari and Urdu/Hindi, and conversant in Farsi.
